Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, flexibility for weekends and overtime, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. Reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience required.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, weekends/holidays/on-call.
• Able to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license, if applicable.
• Flexible hours to cover multiple locations with short notice.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients visiting for routine care or insights.
• Draw high-quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and trust.
• Verify patient demographics/signatures post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately.
• Work in doctor offices or patient service centers as needed.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
