Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eligibility requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or trainee status per Iowa requirements may apply.
• Candidates must be registered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Board.

Responsibilities

• Inventory maintenance in satellites and dispensing areas.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas and manage inpatient medication workflows.
• Maintain medication security and controlled substances records.
• Assist with sterile compounding, aseptic technique, and clean room practices.
• Assist with training of pharmacy students and new technicians.
