Strive Pharmacy is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for weekday overnight shifts in Mesa, AZ. You will manage daily inventory, restock, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate counts while collaborating with pharmacists and leadership.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1-3 years in inventory control, with attention to detail and strong teamwork. The role offers a weekdays overnight schedule with a pay range of $22–$25 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proven dependability and ability to follow workflow standards.
• Effective communication skills with strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, organizing supplies.
• Auditing & Cycle Counts: assist with cycle counts, audits, physical stock reconciliations.
• Discrepancy Reporting: identify and report discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Standard Operating Procedures: comply with internal policies and quality standards.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: assist pharmacists, leadership, and departments with inventory requests.
• Facility Maintenance: maintain clean, safe work environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
