Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a PBM Batch Operations professional to provide 24x7 operational support for PBM production processing environments in Scottsdale, AZ. The role monitors, controls, and supports enterprise batch workloads across IBM Workload Scheduler, mainframe, and iSeries environments.

Shifts are 10-hour night rotations, with overtime as needed to ensure coverage. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be available for 24x7 production support.
• Overnight shift schedule rotating on fixed days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support PBM batch processing.
• Perform batch interventions (restart, hold, kill).
• Support mainframe IPL and console monitoring.
• Monitor RxClaim and iSeries batches.
• Assist PBM Disaster Recovery and data center operations.
• Log incidents and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain operational procedures and docs.
