Job summary

UC Health - University of Cincinnati Medical Center seeks a Bed Board and Transfer Center Coordinator for night shift to support patient flow within the Transfer Center and ER.

Experience in a high-volume hospital setting and strong customer service skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years equivalent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily processes to expedite patient movement within the hospital.
• Coordinate transfers and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely admissions.
• Prioritize and optimize patient flow activities and bed placement.
• Serve as the bed management point of contact for admission concerns and throughput.
