Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification and/or eligible Nursing Assistant course and exam required.
• Must maintain 12 CEU’s on an annual basis.
• Registration - KY Nurse Aide Registry and BLS certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under licensed staff supervision.
• Serve as liaison between departments to ensure communication and accurate records.
