Job summary

Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Technician for Behavioral Health to cover the 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift. The role supports licensed nursing staff and contributes to a safe, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, promoting the facility’s quality philosophy, and adapting care to patients across the lifespan. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

• Assists licensed nursing staff in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a RN.
