The role delivers direct patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, performing tasks that do not require nursing judgments or medication administration. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with a medical background; BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; medical background preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required and First Aid training.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision; phlebotomy and EKG tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vitals as directed.
• Maintain safety and adhere to hospital standards.
