Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN about patient observations.
• Maintains constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned.
• Assists with daily living activities and patient safety checks.
• Performs tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, and bladder scanning as required.
