Job summary

You will assist with breastfeeding, infant care, and prepare rooms for deliveries while supporting sterile technique and room readiness. Responsibilities include collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring infection prevention

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures are required.
• Ability to communicate patient data to staff in a timely manner.
• Follows safety, infection prevention, and standard precautions in all tasks.
• Flexibility to use certification substitutions where applicable.
• Demonstrates willingness to participate in ongoing education and competency development.

Responsibilities

• Implement the care plan through coordination with the interprofessional team.

• Document and relay pertinent patient information promptly.
