Qualifications

• Provides bedside patient care support under RN supervision.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, drinks, and walking.
• Assist with baths and linen/gown changes.
• Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
• Obtain vital signs and report abnormalities to RN/charge nurse.
• Maintain safety using gait belts and alarms.
