Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or nursing program enrollment.
• Basic knowledge of patient care practices and equipment.
• Commitment to safety protocols and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities for patients.
• Document urine/stool samples and glucose monitoring results.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and follow instructions.
