Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care setting preferred or nursing program enrollment.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required or pending.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs and intake/output; report findings to RN/LPN/LV N.
• Support patients with meals, hygiene, mobility, and catheter care as needed.
• Assist with patient positioning, mobility, and use of walkers or wheelchairs.
• Document urine/stool samples and point-of-care checks as directed.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and follow policies.
