Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with activities of daily living: meals, bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform blood glucose monitoring as directed.
• Maintain infection control practices and use PPE appropriately.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and participate in safety initiatives.
