Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for Evanston Hospital. You will work under a RN to deliver bedside care during nights, including vitals, EKGs, Foley care, and patient comfort tasks.

The role requires CNA training or nursing clinical rotation, and a current BLS certification. Past customer service is preferred; benefits include retirement options, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and CNA training preferred or nursing clinical rotation in medical/surgical.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of customer service or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under RN supervision to deliver patient care and support daily activities.
• Assist with vital signs, EKGs, Foley catheter care, IV removal, and specimen collection.
• Assist with patient transport, hygiene, feeding, admission/discharge prep, and rounds.
• Support patient care plans and uphold safety and quality patient experience.
