• Collect and record patient data, vitals, and assist with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights and complete patient rounds.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge paperwork and processes.
• Assist with patient hygiene and preparation for care.
• Follow Baylor Scott and White policies and procedures.
