Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Associate for night shifts (7pm-7:30am) to support direct patient care, clerical tasks, and unit operations.

You will work under the Nurse Manager, complete arrhythmia coursework for telemetry, and may participate in 1:1 patient observation as needed. Required are a high school diploma, current BLS certification, and healthcare-related experience or nursing student status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Healthcare-related certification or student enrolled in nursing programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct and non-direct patient care duties under supervision.
• Handle clerical, supply, and messenger tasks as needed.
• Monitor patient safety and support 1:1 observation when required.
• Maintain telemetry readiness by completing required coursework.
