Job summary

• 1-2 years of patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities under supervision.
• Take vitals, document in medical records accurately.
• Support patient comfort, hygiene, and feeding as needed.
• Assist with turning and repositioning in bed and transfers.
• Communicate health concerns to nurses promptly.
