Job summary

The position offers a $750 sign-on bonus and a 32-hour evening schedule (3x8 hr shifts, 3p-11:30p) with rotating weekends and holidays. Strong patient care and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• BLS certification and applicable nursing assistant credentials preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care is beneficial.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Take vital signs and document in EHR.
• Assist with admissions, transport, and discharges.
• Support RNs and physicians with exams and treatments.
• Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms.
• Communicate effectively with care team and patients.
