Advocate Health is seeking a part-time registration specialist to support the revenue cycle at BayCare Medical Center WI Arrival. The role involves creating patient records, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting co-pays, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a High School diploma and offers night shifts 11pm–7am, with weekend and holiday coverage as assigned, and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with health insurance basics and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create initial electronic health record and verify patient information.
• Check in/register patients, collect co-pays, and protect patient privacy.
• Explain insurance coverage and refer to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Assist with scheduling, test preparations, directions, and transportation needs.
