Responsibilities

• Performs patient registration/admission across multiple sites.
• Verifies insurance requirements and collects payments as needed.
• Registers and pre-registers outpatients across locations.
• Interacts with patients to collect essential demographic and insurance data.
• Operates registration and scheduling tasks using hospital systems.
• Ensures compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
