Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative II in Arlington Heights, IL for a part-time schedule (28 hours/week) with 9am–5:30pm shifts. The role spans multiple access points to ensure accurate patient registration and optimal reimbursement across sites.

At least 2 years of customer service in healthcare is required, withEpic Registration/Scheduling experience preferred. Strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a healthcare patient access role.
• Epic Registration and Scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register outpatients across sites to support reimbursement.
• Verify insurance requirements and collect demographic and financial data.
• Schedule interpreters and obtain necessary consent and documentation.
• Coordinate multi-site scheduling and ensure accurate patient data entry.
• Adhere to HIPAA and EMTALA while maintaining cash handling procedures.
