Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of patient access experience in healthcare with registration, insurance verification, copayment determination and related services preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience required; knowledge of medical terminology essential.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and timely for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect pre/post-visit information.
• Train new registration staff as needed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and support teams to ensure smooth patient access.
