Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Experience using electronic health information systems for registration and scheduling.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients on arrival and screen for medical necessity.
• Obtain necessary pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Balance accuracy for payment collection with strong customer service.
