Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience using electronic health information systems for registration and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient’s main point of contact and assist with scheduling visits, tests, and admissions.
• Register patients upon arrival, screen for medical necessity, and obtain pre-certifications/authorizations.
