Qualifications

• Experience leading Patient Access staff and mentoring new hires.
• Strong understanding of hospital Revenue Cycle Management and regulatory guidance.
• Familiarity with Health Information Systems and admissions processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily mentoring and training to Patient Access staff and escalations.
• Assist in planning for Admitting, Centralized Scheduling and ED operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve staff issues promptly.
• Enforce policies and help develop new procedures per hospital guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and generate performance/financial clearance reports.
• Perform Patient Access functions as needed and support management goals.
