Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operators and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the packaging line. You will collaborate with Sr.

and Assistant Packaging Managers to meet production targets while maintaining GMP compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, knowledge of beverage packaging, and proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and OneNote.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, safety and quality control standards required.
• Experience in bottling or canning high speed operations desired.
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
• Lean Management or similar program experience – preferred.
• Proven experience and examples of creating, implementing and sustaining manufacturing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safety / GMPs leadership and incident investigation, with prompt hazard addressing.
• Oversee quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Supervise packaging activities, monitor schedules and ensure SOP adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and drive CI.
• Oversee routine maintenance and cleaning of packaging machinery and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production, quality and safety documentation and lead shift reports.
• Schedule staff, ensure proper staffing and cross-training; develop reporting ops staff.
