Silver King Beverage Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production line operations, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality output. You will lead a team, mentor operators, enforce safety and GMP practices, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a production environment with leadership and coordination.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train operators; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform 15-minute quality checks and daily housekeeping.
• Promote food safety and quality control.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Document production activities and quality inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support GMP compliance and cross-functional teamwork.
