Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operators and leads, ensure GMP and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The role partners with the Sr.

Packaging Manager to meet production targets while maintaining quality. Responsibilities include supervising packaging operations, optimizing processes, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, safety and quality control standards required.
• Experience in bottling or canning high speed operations desired.
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
• Lean Management or similar program experience – preferred.
• Proven experience and examples of creating, implementing and sustaining manufacturing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the packaging team to meet production targets and safety standards.
• Supervise packaging operations, audits, and SOP compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs and PMs.
• Maintain production records, performances, and shift handovers.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing to meet demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across packaging lines.
