Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks a Director of Packaging Operations to lead packaging in a fast-paced, high-speed brewery. You will partner with Brewing, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering to drive safety, quality and operational excellence across the site.

In this role, you will establish budgets and long-term roadmaps, mentor senior managers, oversee capital planning, and develop a tiered training program for packaging operators while ensuring alignment of priorities across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in packaging/operations.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
• Data analysis to drive efficiency and waste reduction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with office software and data documentation.
