Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide leadership across one or more shifts for carbonated beverage production.

You will drive safe, efficient operation of processing equipment and ensure quality packaging products. Responsibilities include coaching staff, supervising multiple shifts, enforcing GMP and safety standards, and collaborating with managers to meet long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a CPG facility.
• Strong English communication; Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead on multi-shift production of carbonated drinks.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure GMP compliance.
• Oversee safety and quality of packaging operations.
• Investigate issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with managers across shifts.
