Job summary

Mark Anthony Group, a leading drinks company, is seeking a Packaging Area Manager to lead a high‑performing packaging team in Arizona. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and quality while delivering on productivity and cost goals across the packaging area.

Responsibilities include developing supervisors, implementing lean improvements, managing KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience across shifts in 24/7 operation.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, RCA, Centerline, etc.).
• On-call 24 hours to support operations.
• GMP/HAACP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Packaging team.
• Drive packaging innovation through new technologies, processes, and equipment.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the area.
• Ensure safety and quality are prioritized.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline team members.
• Manage daily packaging operations and production scheduling.
