Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, safety and quality control standards required.
• Experience in bottling or canning high speed operations desired.
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
• Lean Management or similar program experience – preferred.
• Proven experience and examples of creating, implementing and sustaining manufacturing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging operations and performance management.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee maintenance coordination with Maintenance.
• Maintain production records and shift reports.
• Schedule and assign work tasks.
