Job summary

North Coast Seafoods in Boston is seeking an Overnight Order Processor to accurately enter customer orders, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Shipping & Receiving to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will work overnight in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, entering NAV orders, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with Food Service/HRI teams to support leadership and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order entry, shipping or logistics.
• Experience working overnight is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; seafood/meat processing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, enter, and confirm all incoming and scheduled customer orders daily.
• Ship-confirm processed orders and ensure accuracy in the system.
• Maintain deadlines for order cutoffs, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and system updates.
• Coordinate delivery info with Food Service sales and floor team.
• Handle overnight shipment issues and discrepancies.
• Service customer requests, resolve complaints, and problem solve overnight issues.
• Monitor inventory counts and communicate supply issues to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
