Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the night shift in Bensenville, IL. The role focuses on handling incoming calls, entering orders in SeaSoft, and coordinating with dispatch and drivers to ensure top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong phone-based customer service experience, good knowledge of English, and proficiency with MS Office. Seafood knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with phone-based customer service.
Strong English verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with a PC and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive calls from customers and understand their needs.
Enter orders accurately in the ERP system SeaSoft.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Inform customers of items not ordered or out of stock and offer suitable alternatives.
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to meet customer requirements.
Perform other duties as directed by the Sales Manager.
