Job summary

Four Star Seafood Inc in Monterey Park, CA is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. You will accurately process customer orders, move seafood through cold storage, and ensure timely shipments to processing stations for filleting, gutting, and packaging according to specs.

You will use our warehouse system, handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs, work in refrigerated environments, and collaborate with processing and shipping teams to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required for daily communication with staff and vendors.
• Minimum 3 years of materials handling or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with seafood or perishables preferred.
• Ability to input orders accurately into the warehouse system.
• High attention to detail and safety practices in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and inventory into the warehouse system accurately.
• Transport large quantities of seafood using safe lifting techniques.
• Move products to processing stations for filleting, gutting, and packaging.
• Retrieve seafood from cold storage while maintaining quality.
• Package orders with proper labeling for daily shipments.
• Verify order accuracy before processing and shipment.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures in a refrigerated setting.
• Collaborate with warehouse and processing teams to meet deadlines.
• Assist with inventory organization, rotation, and replenishment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining safety.
• Maintain an organized inventory system within the WMS.
