Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently after hours in a calm, focused office environment.
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with placing and processing orders.
• Enter and manage orders received via phone, email, and voicemail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and respond to messages in the customer service inbox, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Follow up with customers to confirm order details and provide accurate product information and order status updates.
