Job summary

ASML Holding in Wilton, CT seeks a Front End Nights operator to fabricate and inspect high-precision optical components used in advanced semiconductor lithography equipment.

You will monitor CNC milling, grinding, polishing, coating, and assembly steps with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with Production Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in vocational trade preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or vocational certification is preferable.
• Familiarity with metrology tools and quality improvement activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify and elevate unsafe conditions.
• Identify and elevate quality concerns promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and management teams to improve efficiency.
• Learn and tackle progressively challenging products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cycle time.
• Inspect and map glass surfaces for defects.
• Clean optical surfaces of particles and contaminants.
• Record time and attendance accurately.
• Assist training of new and existing employees.
