ASML Wilton, CT seeks a Milling, Grinding and Polishing Group Leader for the Front End Night shift (6pm-6am). You will lead 15+ optical technicians across several work centers, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of high-quality optics and driving process improvements with Production and Development Engineers.

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday)

You will effectively lead the Compressed Work Week Front End Night (Sunday-Tuesday, alternate Saturday 6pm-6am) Optics manufacturing for Milling, Grinding, and Polishing operations. You will have managerial responsibilities for 15+ optical technicians spread across several work centers. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery of high quality product to your customers while leading improvements in process and operational effectivity and efficiency. You will continuously seek out, foster, and spearhead improvements to all aspects of your operational area. You will engage in adoption and industrialization of new products and new processes through a strong partnership with Production and Development Engineers. As an Milling, Grinding and Polishing Group Leader, you will be responsible for:
Bachelor degree desired (in a science or engineering field preferred). Minimum of high school diploma required.
At least 5 years of supervisory / leadership experience in manufacturing or related field OR 5 years of direct optics fabrication experience desired.
10+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing, production, or operations environment; optical, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred.
Strong manufacturing operation acumen.
Strong LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience - you can demonstrate a history of operational improvement through effective collaboration with your employees and across your partner organizations.
