Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a night-shift role at our Texas plant. You will lead a team, train and coach members, and drive continuous improvement through flexible production planning and cross‑department collaboration.

You will oversee safety, quality assurance, and labor planning, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to FSQA initiatives while maintaining a positive work environment and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of operations, processes and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and coach for performance.
• Develop production plans and manage schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and FSQA compliance.
• Monitor workflows and optimize process control points.
• Coordinate with packaging, maintenance and materials handling teams.
