Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a nightshift team in our plant. Responsibilities include training staff, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating across packaging, maintenance and materials handling to meet production targets.

You will develop production plans, monitor labor, and enforce safety and quality standards while fostering positive employee relations. A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to achieve plant objectives and safety goals.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance on nightshift.
• Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel flow.
• Coordinate with departments to improve processes and costs.
