Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/ops experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant teams to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
• Train, coach and appraise team members across shifts.
• Develop flexible production plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and FSQA compliance.
