Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Production Supervisor for the Colfax, NC plant to lead a night shift of about 18 people (7pm-8am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coaching staff and ensuring processes meet standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a solid safety track record, and strong communication to coordinate with multiple teams. This is an on-site manufacturing position with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience required, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership in safety & environmental compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe workplace and safety mindset for the team.
• Hires, schedules, and supervises full-time and temporary staff.
• Coaches team members and administers performance reviews.
• Oversees process documentation and training for consistency.
• Ensures product quality and adherence to quality processes.
• Works with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve efficiency.
