Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• NAI listing with NC DHHS required.
• HeartSaver or higher certification required.
• De-escalation training required or completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and data collection.
• Attends staff development programs and participates in orientation.
• Follows hospital policies and maintains NAI licensure.
• Communicates effectively with care team and participates in handoffs.
• Makes cost-effective use of equipment and supplies.
• Under supervision provides direct patient care and completes delegated tasks.
