Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• NAI listing with NC DHHS required.
• Current American Heart Association HeartSaver or higher certification required.
• De-escalation training required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and data collection.
• Attends staff development programs and participates in orientation.
• Follows hospital policies; maintains licensure.
• Builds interpersonal relations and communicates effectively with the team.
• Contributes to unit goals and cost-effective use of equipment.
