Corewell Health Troy Hospital in Michigan is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join the Nursing Resource Pool on the night shift. You will oversee a dynamic team of RNs, Nursing Assistants, and Sitters across units to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

This role emphasizes leadership, crisis management, and collaboration with multiple departments. Night coverage is the priority, with 20 hours per week, offering a meaningful schedule and opportunities to influence patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of relevant formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants required.
• One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience for internal applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate personnel and resources to meet patient care needs across units.
• Collaborate to provide crisis management and ensure timely communication between departments.
• Represent leadership across venues and support 24-hour coverage.
