Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs to join our care team in Henderson, Tennessee. The night shift includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives within a close-knit, team-driven environment.

As a nurse, you will direct the daily activities of CNAs, participate in admissions, discharges and transfers, assess residents, administer medications, initiate and update care plans, and report changes to the nurse

Qualifications

• Active TN LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident's conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
