Qualifications

• LPN or RN license valid for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Assess residents, prepare and administer medications per orders.
• Initiate, review, and update resident care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
