Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift (7 PM to 7 AM). Join a compassionate, team-oriented care team and contribute to residents' well-being.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities of CNAs, admissions/discharges/transfers, medication administration, care plan updates, reporting changes to the nurse supervisor, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Evening/night shifts with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
