Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for night shift to join our care team in Henderson, Tennessee. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates.

You will direct daily CNAs, participate in admissions/discharges, assess residents, administer meds, and help maintain care plans while protecting patient confidentiality in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents' conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN or RN Position Summary

As a LPN or RN at Henderson Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
